- Level Two (1 Day) – First Aid for Mental Health – This course is designed for team leaders/supervisors in an organisation
- Level Three (2 Days) – Supervising First Aid for Mental Health – This course is designed for managers/senior management team members.

- Rachel has been training for over 19 years and has a Masters in Workplace Health and Wellbeing & Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Instructor Training
- Minimum 8 learners & maximum 12 learners per course within all three courses there is a short written examination, at levels 2 and 3 there is also a practical session which is assessed.
