We commissioned Rachel here at the University to help design a nutritional menu for our resident students. Not only did Rachel do this in an efficient manner but she also helped to create a traffic light system to inform our customers about the nutritional value of our dishes. I would recommend Rachel highly – she is extremely professional, knowledgeable consultant but also a really, really nice person.
