We first met Rachel at a gala dinner after winning the 2009 iExpo ‘Last Business Standing’ competition, where she took a real interest in us and our business idea, offering her expertise and services within her role at the Food and Drink i-Net.

We then had the pleasure of working with her during the time we were putting ideas together for our website to develop our brand of healthy eating children’s characters and children’s tableware designs. Rachel helped us to expand our idea for meal ingredients and themes to incorporate into effectively promoting the message of the brand.

In addition to this, she was absolutely invaluable in supporting us with an application we made for funding for the website – always there on the other end of the phone to guide us through, give us advice and answer our queries.
